[Predictions] Naruto Manga 501 Discussion and 502 Predictions

Not a bad chapter at all. Though it only emphasizes the fact that Minato was unable to do anything against Madara - except seal the Nine-Tails into his son, hoping he would be able to combat Madara should he ever attack again. The next time Naruto confronts Madara, there will be little doubt that he will be enraged beyond all imagination - most of the things that have gone wrong in Naruto or Sasuke's lives (and the series in general) have been a result of Madara's actions. But that's why he is the main villain of the series.

What do you mean Minato couldn't do anything against Madara? This last chapter only gives more evidence that Minato was probably stronger. Minato is freaking out because his wife is near death and his son just got kidnapped. What dad wouldn't be on the verge of a "total meltdown"?

Madara threw Naruto into the air and in the time it took Madara to swing his kunai, Minato already jumped to the other side of the room while grabbing Naruto, and if you watch VERY closely, it wasn't "Flying thunder god" because he never placed a tag or seal anywhere behind Madara. IT WAS HIS PHYSICAL SPEED! Then right after that, Madara gave him a quick hint that there were explosive tags under naruto's blanket. And yet, Minato was STILL able to rip Naruto's blanket off, throw a kunai outside about 50 feet away and teleport all before the explosion went off. Then when the kyuubi was about to smash Kushina, Minato once again grabbed Kushina from the ritual stones and jumped ontop a tree away from the stones in the time it took for kyuubi to swing his arm.

So taking all this into consideration, he's saved naruto AND Kushina from Madara+kyuubi so far and now he's on his way back to "fight" Madara and kyuubi, not just seal the kyuubi into Naruto. The reason I say "fight" is because for one, he started grabbing items and weapons(plus epic cape) before he was leaving, also, he's leaving Naruto behind with Kushina. He obviously has to have Naruto with him in order to seal the kyuubi into him.

Which this all totally backs-up my entire theory. Minato is going to go try and fight the kyuubi and Madara but won't be able to do it because he doesn't possess bijuu-supressing abilities like 1st hokage's wood style. Then he'll be forced to retreat and grab naruto and "bam", there's the beggining of the story.

Minato is the coolest and has to be the strongest Hokage ever. Man Madara is a bad a$$ he should have a painful death. And guys from today's chapter from what I saw Minato would have been able to beat Madara if not Madara kidnapped Naruto. And then Madara took advantage of Kushina so Minato had to retreat. And now he is going to fight. Its really logical even if Minato was stronger than Madara fighting the Kyuubi+Madara would have resulted in destruction of Konoha. So he had to seal the Kyuubi but Madara was with the Kyuubi as well so Minato must have first done some damage to Madara thus when Minato sealed the Kyuubi Madara couldn't do anything. Can't wait for the next chapter:D

Madara seemed to be weary of Minato. If he was stronger than minato it seems he would have had no problem trying to kill him or injure him like he did the rest. He is a cold blooded killer after all. Its not like minato had any assistance or anything.

How Itachi holding Sasuke couldn't really understand that it was him on my first glance Itachi looks to be a really peaceful guy. Now I think we are going to see how Itachi was able to know that Madara was alive. May be he saw Madara's fight but as he was small he couldn't guess who he was. But afterwards when he learned Uchiha's history he understood that it was Madara. So he knew that Madara may come back again and knowing Itachi being the genius he is he was able to track down Madara.

Good chapter. I really liked seeing Minato in action. He really is the "Yellow Flash" - one of the speediest ninja we've seen in the series! And Kushina really is awesome; still being alive after having the Kyuubi extracted is a pretty impressive feat! With parents like those, there's no way Naruto could not be awesome!

Anyone else notice the Kyuubi sharingan eye? (when Madara met Kyuubi's eye, it briefly became a Sharingan before fading again?). Thought that was weird. Guess that has something to do with how the Kyuubi was controlled and made to destory Konoha.

Next week should definitely by interesting. I can hardly wait! Hopefully the conclusion of Kushina's explanation of the night of the Kyuubi attack, and maybe some more Naruto and his mom moments. I'm sure we will soon see more of Sasuke, and Kisame will probably show himself soon too. Should be a fun ride.

I guess now that we see a few scenes about Minato and Madara, a new debate topic "Who is stronger - Madara or Minato?" will burn like a fire again. How madara controlled Kyubi, it looks like its not a Genjutsu(i used to think it'll be genjustu), but some Sharingan's abilities. If i'm not mistaken, it requires MS to control the Nine Tails, but Madara did without MS. m...

Itachi babysitting Sasuke. Looks like Kushina told Naruto a lot. :D She was about to die, how could she knew all those :D However, i love seeing those scenese anyway.

Hey did anyone see the next few episode of naruto shippuden there going to show this fight can't wait to read it and then actually see it. Also like someone said on here it does show that naruto can still live inf the kyubi is extracted but does anyone know who raised naruto after this i know after a while he lived by himself but his parents die the day of his birth so who raised him then.

Ya after Minato died Sarutobi again took responsibility as the Hokage and he also knew about Kushina's birth. So it is obvious that the Third took Naruto. Minato is awesome the first time he took Naruto was just pure speed and the next time when he saw those kunai explosions he was forced to use Flying Thunder God tech that tech is AWESOME. Naruto should somehow learn this tech I think Kushina will either talk about "that jutsu" or the FTG tech. Naruto should learn the FTG tech and then I guess if he learns Madara will be able to counter it so Naruto has to improve the FTG tech just like he did to Rasengan. But that has a long way to go. Anyway can't wait to see Minato fight Madara, the yellow flash is gonna kick Madara's a$$:flaw:

i think that itachi was the first to sense that something big was about to happen. a true genius. Cant wait for the nest chapter. i think we are going to learn more that just the fight against the kyubii and the fourth.

this sounds like the most logical explanation.by this point I'm sure itachi had atleast two tomoe sharingan.

Thanks dude now I think about it Itachi must have seen Madara so he began to wonder who that guy was and finally reached the conclusion that it was Uchiha Madara. I remember Jiraiya having a conversation with Kakashi and saying that he has high doubts that the man behind the Kyuubi attack must be Uchiha Madara because no one except the 1st and Madara has the abilities to control the Kyuubi. Just shows you how great Jiraiya was. I really miss the great ERO SENNIN Jiraiya was one of the coolest in the entire manga Kishi somehow revive Jiraiya it will be awesome

FTG is a technique which makes use of reverse summoning jutsu. Naruto had already learnt summoning jutsu. So, he wouldn't have any difficulty in mastering FTG. After his conversation with his Mom, i guess we'll come to know 'That Jutsu'.

This chapter shows how perfect Madara is for the main villain.

This chapter has truly been an emotional one. To think that Kushina and Minato would understand one another without even talking or glancing, knowing to save Naruto first before themselves. I would like to see some talking next chapter, but hopefully Kishi will not let us down. From the very beginning, we learn all the great things about Minato, being Konoha's most powerful ninja. I hope Kishi can pull off making Minato out the way he was portrayed, we might even see a bit more to "that jutsu" Minato was working on that Naruto has to perfect. Can't wait to see the full story on how Konoha was saved.

Wait till the anime version of this event comes out. It will be very emotional with kushina holding Naruto for the last time and the background music and all will be a sad episode.

Not to mention Minato seeing Kushina holding naruto and he probably knows shes dying.
