its makes sence since his identity has been revealed to the world one of the roger pirates and a friend of shanks one of the yonkous....(i know that he's not strong but everybody else thinks that he is so that should be enough)
but if it wasnt that then they probably raised his bounty drasticly just like they did whith the straw hats !

If it would be the latter, then why would the WG send a special delivery bat with an envelop? When the SH-crew got their bounties, they just knew it from the newspaper.

That's irrelevant as the SH crew had already gained twice bounties and those were delivered just by the newspaper. Why would the WG send a special messenger with a special envelop just to announce his new bounty? Makes no sense at all and if it would be that, no reason to not show it as it's not really that important.

yeah well i guess ur right but it might be to intimadate him to make him give him self in and to show him that they already know where he is and that they can move in on him anytime they want...

thats highly unlikely if they were to move in on him they wouldnt send him a letter he was on gold rogers ship they wouldn't underestimate him

they're probably scared of the escaped prisoners too so if even if they try to ambush them there will be a large number of marine casualties and they cant have that after just after they finished the war with WB's crew and the others not to mention they're trying to stabelize the world again so it wouldnt fall into caos...

its most likely a offer to be a shibukai beacause that got rid of moria and might get rid of boa hancock beacause shes a traitor and if they get rid of her then there will only be 3 left beacause black beard isnt one anymore they need more fearsome pirates and since buggy was in gold rogers crew and seen as a friends to shanks they probaly think he is a high lvl pirate

I don't think they're going to get rid of Boa Hancock. Yes she was on Luffy's side, though all the Warlords have their own agenda and I don't think the higher upps actually realize how much she helped Luffy.

I just want to know what kind of stunt Luffy pulled. I mean what can he pull to get that kind of reactions?

We know those things:

• It's something outrageous, even for him
• It's something dangerous as Crocodile finds he's playing with his life again.
• He's not alone, Crocodile was talking in plural
• Maybe he's wearing some interesting cloths or something, considering Vive calls him "stylish"

We know he's the real one, but he was made into a full cyborg. Even if he's still the original one who was an ally of Dragon, now he's become a soulless puppet.

emm... was he a cyborg when he sent the StrawHat Crew flying? if so then I think he has some control in his actions... due to the fact the gentle way he sent them and their landing was a safe one... he had no hostile actions against them... just needed to remove them from that location due to the crimes Luffy committed.

what I think is that he was cloned... and the original one whom has the bible is still under Dragon's orders... but lost some memory or brain power when he went cyborg.

if he was still controlled he would have been with the Kuma army... ??

what gets me is his Bible... I think he wanted to be a good guy and joined the government but then found out they were the bad dudes... and sees Luufy as a good person... ??

Kuma's action will be related in Robin and finding out what she needs to know


I also cant wait to see how much stronger the rest of Luffy's crew has gotten...
