Who do you think will become the 6th Hokage?

I want to know why Sasuke and Konohmaru are on the list. I think Naruto would be the 6th because he is the strongest ninja Konoha has right now. When in battle he's intelligent and finds away to turn the odds against him. His goal is to become Hokage and his duty is to stop the hatred of the ninja world they live in. Becoming Hokage would help him complete his duty but I sometimes picture him taking the Jiraiya road and travel. Traveling around the world will let him see what really goes on in other villages and can help him find the answer to stopping the hatred.

Konohamaru is on there because I'm sure there's at least one person out of all the members on NB that would vote for him.
Sasuke is on there because other than Naruto, and Kakashi on his best day (and Sasuke on his worst day), he's the strongest. Assuming of course he manages to come back to the Leaf...and assuming he doesn't die.

Kakashi will be the next hokage. Naruto may be strong, but he is far from ready to take the position. Plus, Kakashi was the choice behind Danzo, so its only logical that since Danzo is now gone Kakashi will get the job.

Wait...let me expand on that thought before I get flamed to hell. It's just a thought. There is very little chance that Kishi will go in this direction, but I thought it was interesting.
1) Sasuke will redeem the Uchiha name. That's pretty much a given.
2) No Uchiha has ever been a Hokage.
3) #2 is the reason the whole Senju - Uchiha mess started in the first place.
4) What does Naruto want more than anything else in the world? The answer is not "to become Hokage."
5) Naruto can't just bring Sasuke back like nothing happened.
6) Sasuke vs. Naruto isn't just a side story.

I figure Sasuke will either die trying to save the villiage or he'll save the day by killing Tobi, then he'll go back to the villiage and...either Naruto, Sasuke, Kakashi or someone else will become Hokage. Maybe Kishi will have Naruto and Sasuke get married and the 3rd series will be called Naruto Yaoi j/k

He thought that by becoming Hokage it would force people to recognize him, but hes learning that he doesn't have to be Hokage for that to happen. I think near the end of the series he will be given the opportunity to be the 7th, but he will decline it.

But Sasuke will not become Hokage either. I think he may day in a final battle against Tobi and then be honored with a funeral similar to the one we saw with Hiruzen. Before the end of the series he will return to the leaf, even if its just for a brief moment. After what he did theres simply no way for him to become the Hokage.

I think when Naruto is given the choice he will decline and either Kakashi, Shikamaru or Konohamaru will be the Hokage. This all depends on how far into the future that happens though.

I thought about that one too (Naruto declining). What I was getting at about his number one goal was bringing Sasuke back. I think he wants that more than Hokage or being recognized.

I thought it went Genin, Chuunin, Special Jounin, Jounin, S-Class Jounin, Kage?
They're both Jounin right?

Well the thing is ... They are in fact both Jouniin ... but ! Shikaku is a Jouniin commander meaning he has a say in higher rank stuff like appointing the new hokage ... also Under sannin and kage ... Jounin commander is the highest rank you can get

Oh ok I see what you're saying. Technically though, he is a Jounin just like Kakashi.

I mean we both know that Kakashi is superior too him in all most everything but Kakashi's battle experiance will be a great loss if he were appointed hokage ... Also Shikaku is definetly smarter then Kakashi thus making him a perfect fit ! :D

O.k. I gotcha. Shikaku would be a great choice but the Leaf go with who's the strongest. Right now (omitting Tsuname) I'd say it's Naruto 1st, then Kakashi, but *if* Sasuke came back for some odd reason, it would be Naruto, Sasuke and then Kakashi.

But right now id give it to shikaku or Kakashi ... but if what your saying is right then kakashi cuz he has alot more experiance

Personally I would go with the smart ninja over the strongest ninja, but the way they pick in the Leaf is the strongest right?
