My point was that you usually close it on sunday... todays wednesday + 2 days means that youll close it on friday-saturday

I don't have a specific date in the week on which I close it. The poll closes automatically after 7 days and then, depending on the time I have, I announce the new theme and the winners on the same day or the day after.

Though it doesn't even matter on which moment in the week polls are opened or closed as the time you can vote remains always the same.

to be honest i'm a littlebit disappointed by the entries, my imagination of an asian swordsman is more like this:

yes i know and i dont wanna say that these are bad made signatures, it's just that none of their motives resemble real swordsmen to me. for me they simply dont hit the theme.

asians aren't the only swordsmen, zorro or even a musketeer are swordsmen as well. Anyone who lives by the sword can in fact be called a swordsmen.

Now if it had been Samurai, then you would have a very valid point. To be honest with you I have something of the same opinion I respect asian swordsmen a bit more mostly just because of their specific brand of dedication.

on a separate note, it looks like the better sig prevailed after all xD
