Zetsu has some deep involvement with Madara, What if Zetsu is incapacitated or kill, what effects would it have on Madara? And His over all plans? Madara deepens on Zetsu, how many time has He help Madara survive, theirs a Un known link between them. What if something happen to Zetsu? What do you think? What will happen?

Zetsu is Madaras number one information source, I dont think it would affect him battle wise But Madara need Zetsu to keep an eye on sasuke in case he gets into trouble.

Well Zetsu earn much experience from all fights he's watching and that's really good for Madara to get experienced for the battle he's going to face but dont think he would be that affected if Zetzu died really.

I think its more than info, , under the surface their so much more information about the two of them, how it looks like they need the other.

Or someone thats ben able to keep Madara power from overcoming Him sines Madara must be having trouble with Uchiha and Senju powers coming out of balance in Him sines the way He got them was not natural union but a force one.

there is just way to little information in the manga to speculate about this already, I'm sure the time will come when we get to know more about zetsu and his link to madara, but for now, he is just a big unknown. no speculation can lead to any real conclusion
