Awesome manga but somethings bothers me

Madara used Izanagi to escape konan's blast so that means on of his eyes is gone now just like danzou and when he broke off a little of his mask to show his other eye you saw it covered in black and we didnt see his whole face so that means there is a secret behind that too i think but back to the point the eye that he destroyed i think he is going to replace it with rinnegan from nagato !?

But if we go back a little bit madara said he used izanagi and only someone that posseses the power of an senju and an uchiha can use that and then he said people did say that the first hokage defeated madara but now im doubting that it's true even madara says so ''BUT IS THE LEGEND TRUE ? ''

What could happened at the fight between first hokage and madara back then because madara says he got the power of the first hokage too O.O

Well, Madara states that the battle was for Him to get the power for His future plans Madara is here now the first hokage is not. But Madara is still under estimating the will of Fire Philosophy, You need not be a Senju or Uchiha, just have the will to oppose Madara and the power to make it so.

I get that Hashirama's DNA made his eye turn black but what bothers me is which eye is he going to use the rinnegan on. Also does using Izanagi with the rinnegan perminatly shut down the eye.
