      I think it can be used. Though I am not pretty much sure about it, I feel that I have used bios before to enter battlefield immediately. I feel you must cross check about this with some one else as well to be sure about this. The rules about war are bit difficult to keep in mind and you may soon forget them. Even though you come across situations when you have to use these, but the actual rule remains doubtful.
