[Theory] How did madara give rinnegan to nagato???

hey this just damned on me, how do you think that madara gave rinnegan to Nagato??

i have a theory on this, I believe that Madara might be nagato's father!!!
just think of it...

You have to mix both the senju clan and uchia??

So many things to unlock about madara we need a x-files expert on this someone call Molder and Scullyor or Fringe O.O. I remember he said he has a live stock of fresh eye's so does that mean he has all the uchia clans eye's fresh in cold storage He must have been a medical ninja to keep removing eyes and replacing them all by his self or is zestu doing it for him .

that's what i"m saying, tobi is saying that the rinnegan is his because he unlocked the secret to gain the others persons power, so he sacrifices, made pretend that he died, married an uzumaki, and got an off spring from both bloodlines..... then made to keep this person around him, till the day that he needs to harvest, the rinnegan eyes, only nagato got ahead of him, and put a wrench on his plans....

I remember reading somewhere in the manga and I think that Jiraiya said that the rinnegan will appear in times of need,in times of great conflict,or something like that.Also,PnJ is required.

That doesn't make sense because he used izanagi when he fought konan. So that would mean he wouldn't have any eyes now.

This is a really good theory. I never thought of it that way. But I wonder what the other "paths" he wanted to get were. Maybe the Byakugan? I doubt it though. But it would be pretty cool if they showed neji after all these years.

In my theory this is how Rinnegan born.
You need a child with Senju traits, as the SO6P's 2 kids right? as the other had the eyes, and they other is the rest. If you transplant a sharingan into a Senju, it will mutate, and become a Rinnegan. So, Senju's doesn't meant to have the "eyes" that's why it mutated, to be a Rinnegan, as basically now the user has the "eyes" to. I think Madara needed some kind of pair of sharingans to be awakenned by a Senju, and the result would be a Rinnegan.

Wouldn't you get the same effect if you transplant Senj DNA in to a sharingan user because the dna would react with the sharingan still, maybe not thought if it wasn't enough DNA

What I'd like to know is did Itachi really kill Shishui? Or did he tell Sasuke that just so he'd think Itachi was evil? And is Shishui the one who was controlling the Mizukage? didnt the uchiha find shishui's body? thats what brought attetion to itachi in the first place. I doubt that every dead body found in the manga is a zetsu clone, so It must have been his.
