No, thats expensive as hell

You get 0.2 kumi per post that you make, thats 2500 posts for 1 rank
How can you call that cheap, instead of learning after 4 ranks, you already get the skills for free, so why pay 2000 Kumi, which is equivalent to 10 000 posts, when you get it for free after you pass kage rank.

None of the senseis can charge Kumi for any kind of training, you can pay them if you want to of course, but they have to train you whether you pay them or not.

special training i can understand not elemental
