Which sealing method is better ?

If Naruto is to use Hachibi ink for a Rasengan which one should be more effective :

Octopus hold ink or Ichibi Magnet Release ?

I assume the "Moon Seal" given to him by the Sage of Six Paths is the sealing needed to seal Kaguya.

Well since Ichibi was confident in his abilities to stop Madara and Gaara asked his help that may be better considering how seals and defence are Ichibi traits.
