In the first place, fanboys are essential for a story success: it means that the story is popular enough and they give the story some free advertising.
Now, saying a properly reason we could point that it is an intended effect because if you want to sell a story you must achieve some level of identification with the audience; in other words, you have to meke the audience like some of your characters by giving them faults or qualities that the audience recognize on it-self or that are wanted.
It's a general rule that humans always want something and they like (or envy) people who has got it.
It's intersting to note that it is a reflex ot the times we're living: if certain chareacter is very popular it means that certain population group see it's qualities as own or wanted (and if it is mostly admiration, it tell us too how disappointed or unsatisfied is population group).

so can he also use izanagi ? its nowhere stated in manga that he can , but if he know the counter of izanagi(which is izanami) , he obviously should know izanagi ???

Hmm, very interesting thought. I'd have to assume Kakashi would die as well, he wouldn't be morphed away as Hidan would, but he'd feel & die from the immense amount of pain given to him.

idk, he got deidera arm but while he was doing idk if deidera felt pain he just looked like he wanted to get out of the way

so if he did it to him, i'd say if he got him, he'd die but hidan would leave the circle trying to escape lol

No it wouldn't. For a couple of reasons:

1. While being warped, he might be lifted of the circle (Thus cancelling that jutsu)
2. During the fight, Shikamaru used his shadow to draw Hidan out of the circle, however, Asuma didn't budge while Hidan was being dragged out
