He does not have the whole thing. He was only given half. The scroll seal from the toad only completely released the full HALF of the kyuubi's chakra. It did not release it and give him minato's half as well.

I got an off sort of a question.

Mito Uzumaki and Hashirama Senju had a kid that ended up being Tsunade & Nawaki's parent.
Was the Uzumaki/Senju kid their mum or dad?

I reckon if it was their dad, he'd be 1 freaking awesome Nin. But it's probably their mum.
