Where is Jiraiya??

Clearly too many people THINK Kabuto should've summoned a warrior not FIT enough, a guy, who died at the age of 15, an idiot who after his 2nd o 3rd real fight was defeated and left injured to die on the battlefield, a time-space phenomenon, not even able to use his own bloodline jutsu cause he, himself in sake of friendship gave away before dying!!

Yep, instead of even Shizuna, Madara or who knows, damn, Kabuto didn't summon OBITO

I mentioned this in another thread, but I think if Jiraiya is summoned, Kishi is waiting for drama. He'll be pulled out against Tsunade/Naruto probably, like when Kabuto stabbed himself to bleed against Tsunade pre-time-skip. The problem is that I don't think he'll be very strong. His strongest abilities were in sage mode and using toad summons. He can't do sage mode on his own, and I don't think that the toads will fight for zombie Jiraiya. He could still wipe out plenty of generic ninja.

Jiraiya is alive. That's why Nagato didn't revived him or Kabuto hasn't summoned him. He summoned ninjas that he never saw "Haku, Zabuza" but not Jiraiya.

Im pretty sure that J-man will appear to save Naruto when he would be about to die by Madara or somebody.

And why have Jiraiya...when you have Hanzo...Hanzo took on Oro, Tsunade AND Jiraiya...AT ONCE.
No point in having Jiraiya if you have someone thats twice as powerful.

Also Kisame....why hasnt he been summoned probably one of thee most powerful characters through the whole manga...until everybody became OP that is lol.

I'm suprised Zetsu hasnt retrieved hidan yet. It seems the hero's that were picked have emotional ties to those still living so Jaraiya would have fit in perfectly. Maybe he will be summoned later. What about Orochimaru? Maybe kabuto is scared to summon him back because he may have a way to keep from being controled.

So Kabuto basically summoned all the best dead warriors possible:

3 former kage, the previous Jinchuuriki, the dead akatsuki members, zabuza, haku, neji's father, hanzo, kimimaro, chiyo-baa, Asuma, Tsunade's friend

he coud not summon the 4 hokage, because their souls are all sealed away...


So where is Jiraiya? Why wouldn't Kabuto summon him?? He is probably not in the last "scary" coffin...

So what's the deal?

Since the 1st through the 4th hokage had thier soul taken by the death god, there is a good chance they can't be summoned again, which is good because the 4th would have wrecked shop on the allies.

Well Edo Tensei summons souls.

The souls are trapped in the DDS.

But Minato I mean lets not be stupid here we all know Orochimaru was summoning Minato while fighting the 3rd. What we dont know though is if it would work?

The coffin got put back again by Hiruzen supposedly maybe it was him maybe it was because the soul couldnt be summoned who knows.

But the coffin was there and he wasnt sealed by the DDs through the knife.

Minato USED the DDS last time and from that he got sealed within it instead of DDs being used ON HIM...understand.

I think it might be deeper than that bro, I mean DDS seals the soul, but we dont know much about it. So as far as we know the soul that is being sealed can be sealed inside of the soul of the user, and then the users soul gets sealed away somewhere else. But i bet there is some jutsu that can revive the persons soul completely. Like remember Chiyo's jutsu. If Konohakag

Well I can understand Kabuto is only using Asuma, Chiyo etc for tugging on the heart strings not for actual power.

The only 2 people that are really gonna struggle fighting Jiraiya are Tsunade & Naruto.

I can see Jiraiya coming back in full SM vs Naruto (would be epic) but I just dont know why they wouldnt have shown him or kisame if they arent being summoned tbh...

well when they faught hanzo they were all still young, that was a long time ago, but now they r way stronger than they were nd im sure that they would beat hanzo now!

is minato really sealed? because when naruto went into to 8 tails against pain u see minato talking with him! it shouldnt be possible if he is sealed! the DDS is a forbidden technique, so is the edo tensei! so imo u could probably revive their souls!
