People die.

Which I'm sure means some of our beloved characters will die. Realistically, all the chunin's would probably die, and I'm guessing some will.

From the Konoha 11 I think

Sai (not an official member, but still think he's going to die, maybe from Sasuke's hands?)
Neji (Saving Hinata, would be a good death.)
Tenten (Because she doesn't really do much, what could be better than a dramatic death?)
Kiba (He's got that entire alpha male, treating war like a joke thing going on. I think he'll either die, or majorly screw up and be the cause of an ally's death.)
Choji (But he dies from a heart attack, unrelated to the actual war. Or he chokes on food. Whichever.)
Sakura (Because I'm really sick of her.)

After that I don't even think about it. I just want some of the younger ones to die for the sake of us being scared if such and such character will die. If they killed of Sakura I think it could have a major impact on Naruto's character as well.

the thing about war is that its about fighting and individual skill. akatski have the right definition of war, the five nations do not which is why there going to get killed and WHEN naruto unlocks his rinnegan he probably be ressurecting everyone who got themselves killed in battle.

Naruto didn't have Rinnegan and does not have Rinnegan. Eye techniques are overrated and it's getting old. They're being handed out to everyone and it seems most major characters have them and most villains want them.

Most of the people you mentioned will probably end up dying with the exception of Sakura and possibly Neji. It's more realistic is Hinata ends up dying for Naruto than Sakura. I feel there are some people missing from the list of deaths;

Lee
Ino
Gaara may die making Shikamaru the general of Division 4
Killerbee
Tsuchikage
Tsunade

Yeah, I think Killerbee is a given. I'd be very surprised if he managed to survive.

I think Guy is more likely to die rather than Lee. Ever since it was revealed that opening the eight gates can kill you, then it was a toss up to whichever one would use it first. Guy has opened the seven gates already, so he'd probably use it in a dire situation.
