Thats weird, in one eye the tomoe is at the top and in the other it is on the bottom

how come obito didnt start from 1 tomoe, he got his first sharingan with 2 tomoe at the same time (see kakashi gaiden), is he suppossed to be better than sasuke?

I remember tht sasuke got hi sharingan with 1 tode 4 de first time when he fought haku am i r8??????
2nd i dont remember but he got his third tode when he is fighting naruto!!!!
