correct if i'm wrong....basicallly we can give any doujutsu (eyes) to any anime charaters and also we can make sig on any doujustsu users...is that right ?

Yes, you can make signatures of Neji, Madara/Tobi, Sasuke, Itachi, Nagato etc. and you can just take another character or even just a picture of a real eye and add for example the Sharingan to it. The theme is doujutsu, so who has it isn't that important, so long a doujutsu is visible.

if we make a sig of a different character and give him a different doujutsu...his eyes won't be that visible until we zoom in
