      I believe that Shinra tensei, bansho tennin, and chibaku tensei are all jutsus that are developed by gravity control and all of them can be controlled freely such based on shape and scale as for:
      Shinra: the god realm can control it freely the way he wants it he can make it on 360 degrees such as in this photo when he destroyed all the attacks from all directions

      as for the bansho tennin can can pull anything towards him or he can also control things with it and throwing it against his opponents like in here
