That was actually a pretty good twist. It explains how they were able to find the island, and foreshadows a new master being chosen.

that was one of the most awesome and unpredictable twist i had in any manga up until now....
This explains why Grimore heart was able to pass by barrier.....Hades was fairy tail's previous master but what actually made him turn into an evil guy....

This makes Fairy Tail manga more and more interesting

when makarov was 40 years old hades was calling him boy , so at that time hades was atleast 70 or 80 and now after 48 years he will passed the 120 or 130

I've allways asked myself "are there former fairy tail masters (between the Founder and Makarov), and when there are some, who are them?" Now this question is answered, i hope that we'll see some more info about the 2nd Fairy Tail Master, and why he has fallen into darkness.

The magic she has used so far seems weak. Against someone who can counteract it, she is left with pretty much no defense. There is probably more to the time magic that hasn't been revealed yet. I would be disappointed if there wasn't.
