How powerful was shisui??? If itachi said he killed shisui? How could he have? I mean he was considered to be most talented to a point even Madara stated that his mind controlling doujutsu was very powerful.

Remember the kisame and mizukage arc. How do you think Madara was controlling the mizukage?

Considering that Itachi made it look like suicide Shisui´s body was most likely not very damaged so I think Itachi made it real quick so that Shisui maybe didn´t have time to use his jutsu.

The likelihood is Shisui never dealt with the mangekyou sharingan and Itachi likely used Tsykomi on him before he could use his mind control jutsu. That would be the end of Shisui.

Unless Itachi got the mangekyou sharingan from killing Shisui and if that's the case, it must mean Itachi was just more amazing. We don't know how tough Shisui was, but we know Itachi was an Anbu leader at age 10.

I think Shisui just let his guard down since he didn't believe Itachi would attack him. He probably just killed him so fast he didn't have time to do anything. Shisui might've been strong but clearly not Itachi's level.

Where did you get that from? An Uchiha that uses Izanagi loses the light forever when the self-genjutsu concludes, that's why it's forbidden.

Agreed. I don't know how Itachi pulled it off, but being best friends had to help lower Shisui's guard. I also doubt that a strong Sharingan like Itachi's could fall to Shisui's doujutsu. At the same time, I wonder how Itachi killed him exactly, but I guess genjutsu was involved even though Shisui has his own Sharingan.
