[Discussion] Will Juugo and Suigetsu play an important role now?

Well judging from kishi (the mangaka), I doubt they'll ever play an important role, I mean look at poor Tenten, start out unimportant and look at her 400 chapters later, she's still unimportant.

Juugo is not listed as having a bloodline limit, although i'ts never been mentioned. Naruto Wiki at least has it listed as a unique trait. http://naruto.wikia.com/wiki/J%C5%ABgo

Maybe Madara will use them to resurrect some shinobi for himself. Maybe he'll take what Kabuto said and resurrect Shisui and Jiraiya.

ok this is my first post so soz if somebody alread said it but i think that they would try and find kisame's sword only to find that there;s a war going on then they go and find that the sword is on that stupid flying turtla island and they would try to take it but they would find naruto and bee and they would tell them about the war naruto will get super angry and he'd start rambling bout sasuke and then he'd tell juugo and suigetsu about sasuke (btw there captured by bee) and they would decide to help naruto and bee and they would tell them all bout akatsuki and madara and sasuke and where they are so at the end naruto would find sasuke and say something cool like u have changed sasuke and he would start figthing him in the middle of the war field thingy.lol just my ideas

There's lots of holes in your prediction
1. This is Kishi we're talking about, he can create a character with good design (Tenten) and seem to have a potential to be interesting (Yugao, she claims she's going to get revenge we all thought she's going to appear again) to only appear 1 panel or not appear at all (the other host of the tail beast for example)
2. Naruto don't say anything cool
3. Sasuke appearing by himself? That's impossible, he always have support to back him up in case he lose.

Suigetsu and Juugo were captured in the Land of Iron so it actually may be more likely that they'll head to Konoha to find Karin then to find themself in the middle of the war right away.

Well, I personally think Suigetsu will fight Zabuza, or Haku, and then will be locked by the alliance together with Karin.
And as for Juugo, he'll fight alongside Suigetsu, but then he'll be taken away by Kabuto, who needs him cuz he's the original curse mark and will be very interested in him, at least that's what i think
