most likely Sharingan, especially if it's an MS that can already use Susano-o. if it's not MS, then rinnegan. byakugan would be next to useless in such a scenario.

I would say Rinnegan if it has to be another Dojutsu other than Sharingan. Besides.. Sasuke's Susanoo isn't Itachi's with yata's mirror.. So it depends on the user at this point.

I'll give a little love to the Byakuugan. I'm intrigued as to what Susanoo looks like to a Byakuugan user like Neji's, and if they see any opening.

I'm thinking rinnegan. much depends on what susano actualy is, chakra or actual touchable material.
narutopedia states:"Susanoo is formed through the materialization of the user's chakra and as such it may differ in appearance between users" so it would seem like material created from chakra (makes me think about madara's explanation of izanagi actualy for some reason) so possibly the Preta Path of the rinnegan can suck it up by sucking up the chakra used to form it. it did manage to suck up the burning oil attack from Jiraija...

if this is not possible for preta path to suck susano up then I'm sure that a regular susano without the yata mirror is voulnerable to edo tensei and other phisical attacks, and the rinnegan presents the possebility of an arsanal of attacks. all elements, edo tensei, those summons
