no offense but this probably belongs in the Naruto Character Question section not the manga.. but to answer the best earth user so far are 3rd Hokage cuz his techniques were solid agaisnt the 2nd and 1st hokage, Tsuchikage just cuz hes Kage of the Earth Country and Diedara cuz his clay bombs are serious. not in any specific order

Hmmm...
Well that could be taken 2 ways. Who is most skilled at using Doton? Or... who is the best shinobi that uses it.
I think the Tsuchikage is the best at using it. But I'd have to go with the 3rd Hokage as the most powerful ninja with an earth affinity.
The Tsuchikage displayed some ridiculous jutsu thus far. But the 3rd Hokage stood up to the most powerful shinobi ever, and had world renown.
