Why is Naruto still a GENIN

He's defeated some very skilled ninja.. like Pein.. and others, just how many chuunin can defeat the six paths of Pein??

while he's shown to be WAY more powerful than nearly every Jonin (some would say, even more powerful that the Hokage), rules are rules, and even if it's stupid, he must go through the exams to become Chuunin... Jonin... ect. and besides, he's a jinchuriki, he's playing in a whole nother leauge when compared to other ninja. and besides, being genin means less missions, which means more downtime, which means more time to do cool stuff, or hunt down rouge ninja (such as Sasuke)

It really does not matter at this point whether he is a Genin or not. Genin is a loosely based rank.

Tsunade knows that Naruto is extremely strong, and she will send him out on S-Rank missions regardless.

Also, the fact that Naruto has gone up against Akatsuki is probably in bingo books for other countries as well, so anybody would know how to treat him. I'm sure him doing the Chunin exams would be overkill. I doubt he'd even use Sage Mode because it'd be too easy for him to kill his opponents.

Guys, seriously, are you ****ing serious? Give me a break, either Naruto or SASUKE COULD SLAP-PIMP-TRIP-bICH slam most of the characters and many of the KAGES. Sasuke already killed a Kage. Who gives a rat's ass iof they haven't got those ranks..and trust me,Naruto won't do the exAMS again.Neither Sasuke.

anyways yea wat everybody else said. it doesnt matter that hes a genin. hes doing S Rank missions. hes been doing S Rank missions since he first started actually. killing Zabuza, defeating Gaara in his Tailed Beast form, fighting Orochimaru and Kabuto with Jiraiya and Tsunade. please Naruto dont need to take no stupid Chunin exam

Come on Naruto is more powerful than the legendary Sennins, has the strategic mind of a genus and jutsu powerful enough to cripple the kyuubi and he isn't even 50% complete with his powers yet. There is no gennin, chunnin or jounin hell even kage that can match Naruto when he is at full power Rikudou sage mode. Speed, strength, endurance, invulnerability and power. He could finish you off without touching you.

The chunnin exams were a waist of time when Naruto learned the FRS. It was stupid after he learned Sage mode and out of the question Now that he has the kyuubi cloak. An out of control jinchuuriki with the 1tail caused havoc what would a complete jinchuuriki with the 9tails do.
