Konohamaru is a Sarutobi.. Hiruzen was the first name of the 3rd Hokage, Hiruzen Sarutobi. i can see how u got mixed up cuz ppl call the 3rd Hokage by his last name and in Japan they always say the last name before the first name so in Japan they would say Sarutobi Hiruzen.
