I actually think the child will possess the rinnegan.

A father ( Naruto ) whos body has senju DNA and mass amount of chakra even without the fox but i think that the fox's DNA has fused with naruto due to the fact he has been in his stomach for all of his life

A mother with one of the 3 ( Known ) eye patterns and its stronger than normal 3 totem sharingan due to its 360 degree cycle

This would = either a child which possess the rinegan as it has a eye pattern senju and mass amount of chakra and a small degree of the kuybi DNA

This would = a child with normal eye's and i don't say bayakugan due to the fact i think naruto being the protagonist will leave a son that resembles him a lot or at least resembles the so6p so a bayakugan doesn't click with me :/
