i believe that it means that his chakra cannot be detected. either that, or a 'bloodline expansion' is something that is to be feared by all, even us, because it requires no chakra. i'd b f'in scared, and i don't even live in the manga!

Well, actualy at school I rethought it and don't think the translator made a mistake. I think he'd see something'd be wrong with his translation when he saw himself wright; He has no presence or chakra. So I believe there must be something else to it...

Its not the 2nd hokage its the 2nd tsuchikage, I think kabuto means that he is a genius at hiding his presence and chakra.

Woops, mistake. i've edited it. But if so, why wouldn't he just say; He's the best chakra hider ever. It's clearly said that he doesn't have any chakra, so on 2nd thought it's hard to believe that he means that he is a genius at hiding his chakra.

I think every human has chakra in narutoverse but only ninjas can mold it and use it for superhuman(in our terms) powers. What Kabuto ment is that 2nd Tsuchikage is a master of hidding his presence and chakra.

to the OP: you are reading too far into it. It says he has no presence...yet he is there. The same thing applies to his chakra....it cant be sensed, but its still there.

I think he meant to say that the 2nd tsuchikage has no presence of his chakra,i.e, it can't be felt and can't be detected. He can mold it to whichever form and to whatever level he wants
Also, we don't know much abt the expansion so maybe Sharingdork is right.

yeah i agree with you...he has chakra but you cant detected. and being a kage he has a lot of it...
