i took me like 5 min to figure this out but i think it will be the 10th of october.
well that is if there are no fillers but i will doubt that so i say 15th of november but i would double check since im only twelve and if i were u i wouldn't trust me lolz

he he he Mathematician Anyway I won't double check your math but you forgot to take another variable in the equation. The "holiday" h variable. With "h", the anime will sometimes not appear during a week (much like the manga did) or maybe during two weeks in a row. so late this year I guess would be a good guess. (Also I think your fillers f variable is way too weak)
But that does give us a nice estimate thanks
Personally I don't follow the anime but I watch the big fights in still. So after I watched Pain's fight a loooooong time ago, I hoped the anime would show the next big fight which is Killerbee vs sasuke, I couldn't believe it when I saw the number of filler episodes !!! (Which I did not watch!)

Yeah most likely next year. Hopefully the fillers that come out later will actually be worth watching such as explaining certain things and giving us background looks at other Kages and Jinchuriki etc.
