Sasori vs Orochimaru

A few days ago I started a thread of top 3 akatsuki battle-smart shinobi. And Sasori took 1st place, while oro and kabuto split for 2nd place. And I said that I will start a VS thread between the first two places. I decided to put oro against sasori because we simply don't know enough about Kabuto. So there you go.

They are both full power, they are both prepared in this fight (sasori has his puppets, oro has his edo tensei). Go for it.

I say Orochimaru since basically he is immune to poison and if he is cut up he can reform himself and heal his injuries and other things , but I voted for Sasori which was an accident

Sakura made a antidote for Sasori's Poison in less then a Day. she has a way higher skill in Poisons.

We are not sure how strong sasori's poison is in comparison to Sakura. It's debatable.

Sasori might lose to 4-tails naruto, but it's a different battle. On the other hand Sasori has a better chance of winning against Itachi than Orochimaru does. Don't you agree ? You cannot find the winner by how they would fair in other battles. Not these guys anyway, because they are so different in styles. I think it would be a close fight.

EDIT: I just saw realized that you wrote Orochimaru beat the 4-tails. That's a big NO.

i made this same thread before, pretty sure orochimaru would win. hes fast hard to kill and has partnered with sasori in the past so knows about his heart being the weak spot so wouldn't bother trying to poison his puppet body, while oro can oral rebirth if he gets too injured or poisoned and has edo tensei summons fighting off puppets at the same time (and snake summons)

errr...kenjutsu means sword techniques...forbbidden techniques are called kinjutsu. oh and to answer the question so i don't sound like a douche, orochimaru would destroy sasori with eight branches technique. i mean, oro is considered easily kage level, and sasori could never defeat any of the kages...
except for maybe gaara who was beaten by deidara cuz of his new love for his village

i choose Orochimaru..and i think all of us know how skilled orochimaru is..with his tons and tons of techniques specially some forbidden techniques..sasori has no match with orochimaru..orochimaru also is intelligent,clever and wise..and most of all orochimaru knows the weakness of sasori..so poor sasori LMAO!

Ok I'm confused, because I was pretty sure Sasori defeated the strongest Kage Sunagakure ever had (3rd Kazekage)...Yep, because he has him in his possession.

People keep saying that orochimaru and sasori were partners when did this happen?


I'll go with Sasori : he has the human puppet with, Iron Sand, dosen't feel pain or fatigue, can control 101 diffrent puppets at a time including the one he's in. He has ability to be on offensive and defensive at the same time. And if Sasori can keep Orochimarus hands disabled or busy I think he could take Orochimaru. Big if though.

@anub- didn't orochimaru kill and replace the 4th Kazekage?

well you cant agrue about who will win it pointless it could go on forever. but if sasori did go there that day im pretty sure he would of cam by himself and 2 vs 1 i would go with oro and kabuto winning but then again sasori did have the third kazekage and his iron sand jutsu

Someone already said it, but Sasori Definitely beat the strongest kazekage (one who they thought was invincible). Killing a kage makes you kage-level . . . Of course, the argument could be made that orochimaru beat both sarutobi AND the fourth kazekage. Either way its a close match-up, but my bet would be on a orochimaru. We don't even know how many jutsu he might have. Sasori on the other hand has pretty much shown all of his cards. Oro is also very adaptable, his fighting style changes depending on who he's fighting against. Sasori's style can't really vary as much.

oro is a weak bum that needs other peeps bodies to survive,he is a big hype,what notable characters have he defeated,yeah i am waiting the answer is,none,sasori is much stronger,i am sure even neji can defeat oro

sasori's attack are more of a mid level attack such as cutting,burning ect, these wouldnt have much impact on oro..
the iron sand puppet would cause some trouble to oro and so would the 100 puppets..
the main factor here is the poison coz with so much puppets m sure that sasori will get to oro first that oro can get to sasori...
every thing depends on the potency of the poison, how strong it is , how fast it spreads to all the body..

in any 'vs.' thread involving Orochimaru, it is very crucial to restrict his Edo Tensei, otherwise, everybody knows he rapes ANYONE who battles him with the IWR-technique.
