I voted for Raikage because I forgot about Gaara, but I like both of them.

Raikage was just so badass on how he attacked Sasuke with COMPLETE disregard for human life. He was like "***** let's scrap!" haha.

Gaara became cooler when his speech to the whole crowd changed their minds. What leadership and power with words. Yeah, talk-no-jutsu can be annoying. Though if it is done right, it can be sorta cool.
