Can you please post the shinobi from the manga that in your opinion are above what is considered a kage level in the 5 countryes

my list: Minato Namikaze, Hashirama Senju, Hiruzen Sarutobi, Madara Uchiha, Itachi Uchiha, Nagato Uzumaki, Jiraiya, Orochimaru, Kabuto (now), Naruto Uzumaki, Sasuke Uchiha, Killer Bee, maybe kakuzu

- Tsuchikage Ōnoki (Dust release, Flight Technique) and also Mū (Dust release and i think he is pretty damn awesome to)
- Kakashi (maybe after his rampage)
- The 1st 2nd and 3th Hokage
- Sasori (killed the 3th Kazekage you must be awesome then)
- Kisame (if he merged with the Samehada)
- Mizukage Yagura (maybe controlled his Jinchūriki if i am right)
- Killer Bee

kakashi is most certainly kage level and mby even stronger than some kages, but hes not far stronger (not as much as the rest yet anyway ), but i dont think he is sbove it, but yes in a 100 chapters he might get above it

1st, 3rd and 4th (if he had more time to act as hokage imo) hokages, pain, madara hanzo was atleast kage level most likely above it, Itachi, we'll have to see how EMS sasuke does but probably will be above kage since hes going to be the final villain, kisame, orochimaru and probably kazuka
