A similar thread like it was made a few days ago... And i don't think 1st hokage was killed... He probably died of some disease... Cuz the man who beat eternal mangekyo sharingan and the man who had controlled several bijuu, can't possibly be defeated by someone... At least, if he was defeated, then his opponent would have been extremely strong and famous and the battle would also have been famous, seeing as even madara(at his full powers) couldn't beat him... And manga doesn't give any info on the death of 1st Hokage... So we can only speculate....

The first hokage was killed by Madara because he got mad when Senju (First Hokage) battled him the first time and won so he came back later for revenge

I do not believe he died of old age. Though I feel that no one could best him, if you pay attention to how the impure resurrection seems to work, the shinobi that get brought back the same as they died. That's why we don't have a young Chio... So I can't think of how he died, the jutsu the brings him back dose so at a younger age. I would guess about the same age at the Second Hokage...

After that he killed his brother and took his eyes after that he came to konoha for revenge and killed both 1st and 2nd hokages (but it seems they died cause they used too much chakra)

first as everyone has said, edo tensei brings you back the way you were just before you died, and he looks young (35-40) when oro brings him back.

second, we all know that the second hokage( his brother) was hokage and died young since he was also brought back with edo tensei.

so that means if the second hokage was hokage as a young man (30-35?) then the first hokage was dead by that time.


there is NO WAY the first hokage died of old age.

disease is possible, but im betting he died in the first or second ninja war possibly dieing trying to protect the people of konaha with his will of fire. sacrificing himself to save them.

he died during the war but its not stated how, im guessing in a large battle because tobirama was close to his age and wasn't old looking when he died either.

lol what manga are you reading? madara lost to the 1st (alone) when he had EMS already after they formed the village then went into hiding, the 1st probably died in some other battle or from sickness then his brother was 2nd hokage and died fighting a 20man group of kumo ninja that was hunting him and his team.

Actually i remember reading somewhere about the first and second hokage dieing each in a different ninja war both very young explaining why the are still young when being brought back with the Impure World Resurrection.
