Dude, Kirabi has this in the bag. His nintaijutsu and his sword handling is far too good for Jiraiya. Plus he would access the fusion a lot faster than Jiraiya would enter Sage mode. Jiraiya's got no way out of this one.

I tottaly agree..people here underestimate jiraiya..but still i think it could go either way

Yes he was Kage level and even more. So is Kirabi. And he totally wasn't scared. Obviously if they fought Jiraiya it would have caused everyone else in Konoha to join in and ruin Itachi's plans. How can you say Pain rapes KB? He absolutly does not rape him. KB is the only Jinchuriiki to be able to control he's beats. They are in sync. It's like fighting someone on steroids. He constantly gets chakra from his Beast.Yes he might have done better and maybe even have won but I doubt it. When they fought, Deva path was not even taken into consideration. And as we all know. Deva is by far the strongest of the 6 paths. So there you go. No one is underestimating JMAN. we all know that he is awesome. But Kirabi just seems awesomer to most of us.
