i think the last coffin might be one of the senior most uzumaki clan member who knows or can seal the juubi or something like that to distrub his(madara) plans that is why madara is afraid........
moreover kabuto says "as along as i have that justu"......some sealing justu

im thinking sasukes dad fugaku, he was in charge of the clan after madara had abandon them. im thinking he will have alot of power and he may have been killed by madara, and the reason he is scared is because he is extremely powerful and he may tell sasuke that itachi didnt actually kill their parents, causeing sasuke to turn on madara and again ruining his overall plans... cant give sasuke the gedo maze tech, and he has another powerful enemy.

it cant be, we have already scene him with the other akatsuki members that were revived. think outside the box... for instance danzou, shisui, fugaku, or someone else who is revivable with dna accessable.

Definitly not Madara's brother since his brother does not pose a threat. Other wise Madara wouldnt accept Kabuto as a new member.
