I refuse to believe there is no drawbacks on this jutsu, stupid kabuto is either lying to Madara to look like a badass and to scare him or he might not know about it yet (like blindness with the M.S.)

The only drawback I see so far Is that the summons can just tell the alliance ninja their attack they're goin to use before they do it, lol. That and Kabuto looks to be defenceless while performing the jutsu.

but thats not really a cost like the M.S. or Rasenshuriken it doesnt harm the user plus, lol on the talk no jutsu but he can still take full control of them making talk no jutsu is worthless

True. But Orochimaru didn't seem to have any major drawbacks beside needing alot of chakra to perform the jutsu. Maybe in exchange for this jutsu your damned to an eternity of suffering in hell when you die lol idk

Chakra, every jutsu used always uses Chakra. Some more than others, seeing as how Kimimaro said Orochimaru's chakra was flowing through him makes me think that chakra is being depleted.

I don't think Edo Tensei has a huge effect on the user except for depleting his chakra, and since Kabuto probably has allot of chakra, he isn't feeling much of a drawback.

you know thats another thing ive been wondering, wouldnt it deplete alot of chakra i mean he's summoned quite a good number of shinobi (which use their own jutsus, costing them chakra) plus where are they getting the energy to regenerate? if it all requires chakra, shouldnt he be dead by all the chakra he should be wasting?

Not all the best ninja are dead. The first draw back of IWR . Second the returned soul needs a host body no host body no host. And so far Zetsu is not a viable body to host a returned soul draw back. Third draw back you can't return souls that are not in the perfect world. Fourth drawback if you can't find enough dna of the person you want to bring back you have no summon. Fifth drawback the control tags can be overridden. I think Kabuto did the last one himself.

@lucky bastard- cyborg did some simple math and Kabuto with about 30 IWR summons would use like 3-4% of his chakra on each summon. And Kabuto just got a Orochimaru chakra power boost once he absorbed ankos curse seal.

Well I think Chiyo said that "The person using all these summons must be something else."

Kabuto did use Orochimaru's power from Anko's cursed mark, maybe it replenished his chakra. But I guess once Kabuto uses this technique the amount of chakra it takes stops draining. Perhaps if someone is summoned and the jutsu's they use and all don't drain any chakra from Kabuto. The only thing that drains the chakra would be to summon them.

@kisamexRocks- I think even moving the summons around to bring out their caskets requires chakra, but I doubt its much. Nice sigs btw. lol
