A theorys on how to counter Amaterasu

after reading the mangas again i have come up with two theorys on how to counter Amaterasu there fore making it not as infalable.

1 the fire sealing metoid jiraiya used this to capture the remnents of the flames after his encounter with itachi and kisame. the same logic could be aplied in battle against a ms user in theory i could absorb the flame without damage to the sealer.

2 the kyubbis cloak it seems to burn who ever touches and can withstand orochimarus sword kusanagi. not even medical ninjutsus can heal wounds corectly its may be able to withstand the flames of Amaterasu unlike the eight tails. this would be great for naruto in battle with sasuke as Amaterasu flames can't hurt him due to the cloak.

thats what i came up with what do u guys think?

The flames move to quickly to be sealed like that, it's basically impossible.
Yea, the Kyuubi's MAY be able to withstand it, but look at what happened to Hachibi

it could work if u prepared the fire sealing scrolls before hand.

a-a really fast signer to seal it
b- it was a premade seal
And I think the Kyuubi cloak would protect him. It's pretty much a chakra sheild and unless Amaterasu burns through chakra Naruto should be okay.

I always thought Madara escaped Amaterasu by using his space\time jutsu

And i also think Kakashi could be able to send the flames of Amaterasu in an other dimension with his ms.

Plus, as seen with sasuke, the sharingan can also put out amaterasu, making it useless to an Uchiha with that ability. 5 theories ^^

If Orochimaru were fighting to win, his ability to continue spitting out new bodies can evade Amaterasu. We saw Sasuke use it against Itachi in their fight. Zabuza's mist can keep the Sharingan from even seeing the opponent. If they can't see you then it doesn't work. The Pein body that can eat chakra can probably eat the flame.

I think Naruto's clones should be a problem too. After entering Sage mode what do you think happens with clones? Either the 200 will each become stronger or the number will increase that much more. With that said, if clones begin sacrificing themselves to get to Sasuke's eyes then I dunno. Sage mode powered clones shouldn't disappear immediately after something hitting them. We saw that Karin didn't die instantly after the black fire was touching her, and that's just Karin. I know a lot of people are hatin Sasuke but I think people are sleepin on Naruto's training. Especially if the ability Itachi gave Naruto is something that counters the black fire.

i think that something like Fuuton, Kaze Gaeshi (Wind Style, Wind Return), although it was designed to return a wind attack, could be used in Amaterasu's case. if you think about it, it's a vortex of wind which captures in-coming attacks and returns it to the attacker. a flame shot into the vortex would begin overpowering the vortex and merging with it, as it did the Kaze Gaeshi would return the vortex back to the user of the Amaterasu as a mixture of black flames and wind.

i believe amaterasu can be avoided in many different ways. no jutsu is COMPLETELY unavoidable.

if itachi really thought amaterasu was unavoidable, why didn't he just go kill madara and pein????????

The point is no jutsu is invincible, there is always a counter. That's the point of this thread, not that Ameratsu sucks. Ameratsu burns whatever the eye is pointing at, and I wonder if the Sharingan eye can track someone moving at senjutsu speed. Also, I bet Jiraiya knowing that Itachi was after Naruto, may have given him a pre-made seal for Ameratsu or told him a strategy to counter it. He did try to teach him how to escape genjutsu especially because of Itachi.

It's interesting that the two jutsu's given to Sasuke to protect himself and his friends are being used against them. Chidori from Kakashi, and MS from Itachi.

Now, how does one counter Susanoo? Run away, run fast in a circle, I don't know, or wait for the user to go blind (Not serious answers, not all of them). Zetsu said Susanoo made Itachi invincible, so we have not yet seen a jutsu to counter it to my knowledge.

The only way to get around Susanoo, to my knowledge, is a space/time jutsu.
Either teleport away from Susanoo, or [In Madara's case] use your space/time jutsu to let it go through you.
I honestly can't think of any other way to counter it

that's exactly what i'm talking about. wind increases fire, but in the case of a vortex it would also channel it. as the fire overtakes the wind, it would have to follow it's movement.
