Yea, he's probably mostly a Taijutsu user, but if he's a Kage, than he must be able to do some devastating jutsus.
I can't wait to see him in battle, I wonder who he's gonna fight?

No, I don't think Raikage will fight Sasuke.
I think he's gonna go to the Akatsuki HQ and see Madara and Hachibi.
Raikage will mistake Madara for Sasuke [Sharingan] the fight will ensue.
Madara v.s Raikage, maybe now we can truly see if Madara can fight at a Kage level.

I think that the Raikage will be a lightning ninjutsu master. Also I'm pretty sure he'll be super fast and manuverable because only hachibi's brother was able to dodge the "eighth sword." Also he may have water jutsus as a way to power-up his lightning techniques. But he may be pretty susceptible to genjutsu because he doesn't have a partner like hachibi to wake him up from genjutsus.

Probably the same kinda of fighter as Kisame. Y'know, someone with tons of (lightning) chakra. We've seen that Chidori was able to cut a tentacle. All the kage's seem very powerful though, the weakest one I can think of is probably Tsunade. So who knows, hopefully we see a fight soon, while Naruto continues reading Jiraiya's book..........
