I don't get why people think Naruto will get Rinnegan. There isn't too much time in the manga, and he hasn't finished mastering his chakra modes and TBB Rasengan. The point is, that it'd be useless as he'll never master it. Not to mention his eyes would look weird as hell. Just like people say that he'll get a second element, but for what purpose, SRS (suiton rasenshuriken)?

I can't think of a single KG, bloodline expansion, or Rinnegan that was learned at such a mature age, without first presenting at the average genin age 10-12 years or younger.

Besides, the point is to bring about peace and ending the cycle of hatred that comprises the ninja system, which began with the father's two sons (one in body (Naruto), the other one in his eyes (Sasuke) ), fighting over succession of the So6P. As much as Madara is manipulating their fight, it really is one of destiny in my mind that only Naruto can bring to an end.

Regarding Sasuke, I think he might choose a self-imposed exile and maybe start a village as some way to atone for his actions; however, I don't think he can come back to Konoha and be happy and/or treated well because of his actions in Shipuuden.

Training with Orochimaru is one thing, but he assaulted Bee, maimed the Raikage, fought other Kage, killed samurai, as well as killing off the acting Hokage, Danzou. Given all that, and we know he's just warming up. Imagine what he'd or will do on the battlefield.

omg y would itachi have the rinnigan in the first place idk if u noticed but we never seen itachi waken the rinnigan and y is that bc itachi is a uchiha dude not an uzumaki if anythin naruto most likely get the sharingan in his own style for a short period of time and as for the rinnigan he might get it from being the next so6p

susanoo requires EMS just like amaterasu. itachi used them both, therefore he had EMS

EMS requires you and your brother to both possess Mangekyo and for one to remove the others and take them, so in no conceivable way could Itachi have had EMS, especially since he said only he and Madara unlocked mangekyo sharingan and if sasuke did he would be the third.

I think that the reincarnation of the sage of the 6 paths is Uchiha Mandara.That's why he said that he gave Nagato the rinnengan.Because Nagato descents from the sage of the 6 paths.And Itachi doesn't have the power to awaken rinnengan...He proppably gave a part of his chakra to Naruto in order to activate it when he fights with Sasuke.

I believe that to awaken the Rinnengan certain things are required. The rinnengan I believe is a mutation of the sharingan when fused with the other descendent DNA.

1. The body of the sage (of Senju descent)
2. Life or death situation/extreme trauma
3. A certain transfer of something from a Uchiha with the EMS.

I suspect that Madara is not lying when he says that he "gave" Nagato the rinnengan; but he was able to do this with the ems and the fact that he is a uchiha which I believe is a requirement in ones body to have the rinnengan mutation appear.

I have not concluded if I think Itachi did the same thing to naruto as madara did to nagato. But it seems highly likely.

This thread is painful, no one else is getting the rinnegan or unlocking the rinnegan.

If, if anyone else is getting the rinnegan its sasuke. Madara means to have sasuke sync withe the gedo mezo statue. He told this to kabuto before or after showing him the 100,000 zetsu clones.

I think this gift to naruto is for when naruto is sol, he might get some sharingan for a minute, its gonna give him some chakra of course.
