Great chapter, Hanzo is amazing, he definitely deserves the hype he has gotten.

Someone will need to aid Ino-Shika-Cho in sealing Asuma.

Great chapter.We learned a bunch of stuff about Hanzo.Although a strong and cruel guy he had a sense of honor and in the end he did what was right.Bit of a typical thing in Naruto.Pain did it too.Now we also know that Kabuto is not as strong as he thinks since Hanzo was able to control his body and actions.That means that other shinobi can do it.Probably the strong willed-ones.Maybe this can happen with Itachi as well.As for the battle of Ino-Shika-Cho vs Asuma there are not much that I can say.It was expected that they would be hesitant and unwilling to attack.I think this battle will be another quickie!But I'm happy to see Asuma cause he was one of my favorite characters.

Hanzo/Mifune's story was nice. Although, I still expected more fighting from Hanzo >__>

Hanzo implanting the venom sac into his body...Ew, he did that as a kid? And not squeamish?!
Excited for Ino-Shika-Cho match...Choji's like a cute little kid.
I hope they get back to the tsuchikage battle...

i thought that this week chapter was a bit lame, gave it a 3. a bit rush but I wasènt expecting a lot this week so Im happy to see that the naruto world is still going strong. looking forward to kakashi§!

i gave it 4/5 loved the story about hanzou, wasnt to sure about him from the latest manga until now could of done with a bit more fighting but overall good manga this week

Stop with this rushed nonsense, it wasn't rushed. The fight was planned, not something he just thought of this week. The chapter wasn't rushed, stop spreading shit like that.

As for the chapter, i didn't really expect any comeback from hanzou and to be honest, i was expecting his soul to be released after all the ranting about faith and whatnot but it was nice to delve into his whole childhood with the poison sack and hence his affiliation with the Salamander though the lack of showing his ninjutsu skills was a bit disappointing but nonetheless, it was a good chapter and much better than the kin-gin fight.

Im sorry but if I feel that the mifune/hanzou thing was a bit rushed, I have the right to feel so. Last chapter Mifune jumped in to save the Attack squad and it seemed that we where about to see Hanzou The Salamander the one who named the sannins, but insted we saw the great Hanzou do nothing. The talk about the "dull blade" was good but I was just looking forward to see one of those we have had many quenstions about and one of those we was interessted to see in a fight, but insted we got another of those Naruo talk no jutsu to change anothers hearth. Im not complaining but I felt abit cheated. I have to say that I liked that he was "strong" enough to withstand Kabuto`s talisman, maybe his tech is`nt as storng as he thought! and a changes in his confident is about to happend!

agree great chapter i really like the honor amongst warriors and it really show us that even enemy can show respect to another, also i just donate to japan relief i think everyone should give something whether food, water, and money to give thanks for everything they gave us.

weee! i quite liked it, actually. even though i don't like the fact that nearly everyone came back to life [stupid kabuto] when they were supposed to be resting, i like this! the mizune/hanzou fighting was quite interesting, but i'm more interested in seeing how chouji is going to snap out of his "i don't wanna hit sensei" and finally fight for real. in the end they will seal asuma, but still, 'waking' chouji back to his senses is going to be interesting. oh, and he's not weak (someone above said so...or something like that), it's just that he's a REALLY nice person and has feelings! what's wrong with that? i mean, it is his sensei! but yeah, i'm sure he's going to snap out of it.

What did you expect Hanzou to do? He couldn't use Ninjutsu, his blade was cut and his Salamander/Poison was null. Really, any attempt to carry on would be feeble and would just give us a lesser impression of him than we do now. He 'died' an honourable death by commiting seppuku because he knew it was useless to continue and he was being controlled against someone who had kept his faith, something that Hanzou himself admired and thus saved Mifune's life back in the past.

The fight was a little bit short,but Hanzou man I love this character he was able to control his body freely for a period of time, his not over hyped he's a legend.

One star less since Hanzou fail with the last chance he had to impress me as a fighter and to prove to me that he was not overhyped...Sorry but the poison in his body doesn't seemed too terrifying too me.

The story of eating the salamander was creepy and well-built especially the fight with Mifune unlike bros that I know who ate a fox's meat The chapter has good quotes and lines. I appreciate that Hanzou turned good though. If he remained badass and evil and was sealed as he was, it will really seemed that he was totally humiliated. This is a bot more dignifying. Also, I liked that Shika and his fight was shown back...
I'll perhaps will have give it a 3 but since I wasn't expecting a manga release this week, I'll go with a 4...

You said it he was null! Which i found a bit dispointing, his death was good and I liked that, that even a "villin" could respect someone with honor and that he withstood the talisman.

But as I said im a bit dispointed about him being doll and null! I understand what you are saying and I agree, but I was hoping to see some more of him before that happend. Im sorry but maybe my expectations was to great, but I give all respect to Mifune, he showed us that the leader of samurais is not a pushover.

5/5 and that's it for me. great story. i wasn't expecting that at all. although hanzou showed less ninjutsu, he still showed that he is a legend that he is. i'm really impressed with this week's release. nice one kishi.

Personally I truly find Hanzou an awesome and amazing character. People keep saying that he's weak, that he was overrated, that this battle was stupid...wel I really found it a splendid battle and both Hanzou and Mifune are a strong shinobi and samurai.

Just because he can't do -or more precise- didn't show any big flashy techniques, doesn't mean he's weak.
