Kisame probably has some crazy shit up his sleeve, he has some of the most chakra in the Naruto Universe, and I'm sure he wouldn't be afraid to utilize in one crazy ass jutsu.

Zetsu I'm not sure about, I still think he doesn't fight, but you never know.

Kisame was teamed with itachi and i think those two were the strongest team in akutsi cause face is itachi had madra in his palm kissame has the most chakra and we still dont know much on what his sword can truly do
