how is masashi still making manga?

I was thinking... with all this stuff going on in Japan how are Anime artists still keeping up??? Shouldn't they be worried and try to get the hell outa there, or maybe even killed?

They're safe and besides it isn't a good plan to just stop working even if it concerns entertainment, the system doesn't work too well without people working sadly enough.

Who knows, but I suspect that they are already a few chapters ahead in the making process. So I don't think anything will be delayed.

if the offices are safe than the artists and production companies may want to maintain the status quo.

And when it comes to disasters like what has happened in Japan, sometimes the best thing to do for the populace is to keep their morale's up. During wars, celebrities will travel to the military bases to help keep the soldiers moral up, so doing the same during natural disasters is a smart idea.

With all the reports on Japan, one thing became absolutely clear to me...I'm completely ignorant about Japan. I literally don't know enough to say how close Kishimoto and the place where Naruto's manga is produced are to where the Earthquake and Tsunami hit. If someone knows feel free to share.

As Heister said as well, they may produce this stuff in advance as to avoid delay or maybe (likely) all of Japan wasn't directly effected and I'm too ignorant to know the difference.

They do produce the stuff in advance, for example Kishi is probably working on chapter 538 or something, he has already finished. At least Eiichiro Oda confirmed that he is 3-4 chapters ahead of the published ones at all times.

I think I agree that They MIGHT make the chapters ahead of time.lets just hope Japan gets better.
