Sharingan = a locked Rinnegan ? :O

So you guys, my first theory.
I kind of have the feeling that the Sharingan could be a locked Rinnegan. Just thinking about this a for a few months and i would like to hear your opinion about it:

i refer to the sons of the sage. One of them had the body and was the good one and the other had the eyes of the sage and was kind of the bad one.
Here is my theory how the sharingan was created. I think the Sage kind of put a seal in his son with the eyes, that when he would do something cruel it would be sealed. Like when he attacked his brother because of jealousy, maybe that seal was activated and the sharingan was created. That the "inner circle" of the rinnegan got the tomoes on it = sharingan. So this could be the point why the uchiha, the descendants of the bad bro have a sharingan and not a rinnegan (although the descendant had some some sort of spiral in his eyes). Maybe another thing that would support my theory is that the tomoes seem to be kind of related to seals. For example as it was on sasukes left neck/shoulder. There were 3 tomoes and this writing around it.

It could be total bullshit but just wondering what are your thoughts !

nice idea but if the rinnegan was to be sealed, then how come one is still able to use the sharingan to perform jutsus. shouldn't it be totally sealed. if so then where from the byakugan?

i think they just made the best out of it. and the power of doujutsus still work then. they even developed it further but could never reach the powers of the rinnegan. like i said everything is just pure speculation. but about the byakugan it could be that it was there even before the sage of the six paths. he developed gen- and ninjutsu i think, but the hyugaa at first had control over chakra and used it for taijutsu. that would be my explanation for it.

I can see your point, but the generations for when SO6P was around, the sharingan has become a completely different technique to the rinnegan, also i understand on your theory but Madara/Tobi explained this in the most recent episode, you could kinda say the sharingan is the younger inexperienced eye, but it depends on who's using it, the sharingan is only as strong as its barer

kakashi explained that the sharingan might be a mutation from the byakugan so how about that.

Yeah your right there, but the whole point of this is to actually consider what uchiha ever wanted the rinnegan except for madara? they dont train the sharingan to get to the stage of rinnegan, so the theory makes no sense, but i understand how you came to the conclusion

i know that they don't train to reach the stage of the rinnegan. but maybe this is what you can read in the uchiha script. the knowledge about how it was created got lost. and yes, kakashi said that. but kakashi also said that the sage is just a myth.

What if you combined the Sharingan with the Byakugan, could you make a Rinnegan?

Ever wonder why the Byakugan could read some of the hidden message meant for the Uchiha?

Or maybe the Rinnegan is the Senju developed version of their eye?

I always believed there was 3 eye techniques if the sharingan and byuukagan was created through the rinnegan (just saying) i find it soo hard to believe that there was only one eye tech to begin with

i could imagine that the byakugan was there first, they seem like the oldest ancient clan with a lot of secrets keeping them intern more than everyone else. and that the rinnegan indeed was a mutation of the byakugan = so6p. and then blabla my theory here. :D
