Jiraiya, Orochimaru and Tsunade pack a great punch even by themselves. Each has unique extremely powerful abilities and summons. They have enormous stamina and the best healing techniques.

Minato the 4th hokage, the man who stopped a war and saved the village from the Kyubi, the fastest shinobi and the creator of FTG ... and arguably the best fuinjutsu user.

well you know he could probably take out tsunade the 1st second

and oros regen tech consumes an enormous amount of chakra, and oro cant keep up with minato with his sword or snakes

the summons are no problem, neither is the eight branches technique

the only problem i expect would be the sage mode, lets say jiraiya begins with sage mode, he is fast but not nearly minato fast, naruto had a better sage mode than jiraiya, but not even with the kyubi cloak did he surpass his father

potentially dangerous could be the genjutsu but it is slow, or the enormous amount of oro snakes, but i believe minato could dodge

as for the summons of jiraiya, the problem is that minato has the same summons, but i dont think it would change the outcome regardless on which side they are

and imo minato could be a sage too (i wrote it in a thread) but even if he wasnt i think regardless of whether he is or he isnt a sage the outcome wouldent differ

Minato can summon gamabunta. Its HIS personal summoning.
He also can summon even more toads.
He CREATED rasengan and can control it better.
He can CRUSH them with FTG.

Its not really fair that Minato has to deal with three people at once. Even worse he would have to face his own teacher-Jiraiya. Which would be a disadvantage.

3vs1 isn't fair. Minato got flash but .... Playing with a Genius like Oro, a gusty ninja like Jman and a medial ninja like Tsuade = loss.

No matter how you look at it. I won't cover this because this is common sense but. Minato without summons = basic flash moves and some stuff that Jman has.
