Yes, but no. This May be the final ark, but we wont see it all, it'll skip half way through to Naruto confronting Madara/Sasuke.

i really dont want anything like that to happen. i just hope the final confrontation isnt lame and only lasts like 2 chapters.

I agree, a time skip would be cool but I don't see it fitting in with the storyline

there's just too much going on for a time skip. maybe if kishi can pull it off like the first, but i doubt it cause i can't see Sasuke or Madara taking a vacation while Naruto trains.

I would like to see a conclusion to each battle though. I believe that there is some potential in it.

i just pictured the final scene. Naruto uses FTG and flies toward Sasuk in a flash :L

What I would like to see is some real drama .... not fu**ing choji crying about his sensei.

Time for some people to hit the dust without coming back by some vague jutsu invented by a D ranked criminal.

i noticed something the other day, whilst reading over the Chuunin Exam chapters. when Oro is talking to Kabuto. He always seemed to be nervous when Oro questioned him, like when Oro told him the only way to stop him would be to kill Sasuke. But i think Kabuto is a lot smarter than people think. He'll end up twisting the plot big time soon.

Yes i agree, he surely has some tricks up his sleave, and ofcourse the "That" justu, i hope we will see him in action instead of all the zombies

But the whole style of naruto has taken a huge twist ... usually its a lot of character development leading up to a battle that really changes the storyline.

But with this whole war it just seems like random encounters with predictable outcomes .....

They should've made kabuto powerfull on his own and not his summons.

And he only has 1 secret jutsu up his sleave. What good will that do .... it probably has something to do with summoning something or sealing someone.

I can actually imagine something as daft as that happening but you forgot the naruto becomes hokage part.

Yeah you´re right and the way I see it, Madara will end up getting screwed first for some reason : P

That could definately lead Naruto towards a new chapter, with a supposed weakened Madara. But that´s just a chance in a million

I also think that the War will the final arc but I expect a special chapter after that, like a spinoff, maybe a timeskip with the last page seeing narutos and sasukes children simbolysing hashirama/madara or naruto/sasuke.
But I think-and I hope- that naruto won't end this year, maybe also because of the earthquake and the nuclear plant catastrophe.
