naruto, when he goes to attack kisame in the training for control of the beast, killer bee was amazed at how fast he was, like a yellow flash, lol. And if killer bee was amazed, im sure that means naruto is faster then raikage. I dont think anyone else in the shinobi world are on a level with killer bee, raikage, sasuke, naruto and madara.
madara is super fast with the teleportation jutsu but we know minato was faster, so im sure naruto is or will be the fastest. Naruto is the destined child, the reincarnation of the so6p, thats whay kishi will make naruto the 6th hokage, destined senju child sent to make peace in the shinobi world!

ya!! i agree completely on theat one. moreover, you hear them say that he's not quite yet on the level of the fourth, he he dont land properly. so if he gets to surpass fourth hokage with that, adn you include his controlled 9 tails chakra, he beats even lee, with how fast he was such that even gaara's defense could not keep up!!!

I'd say Raikage for the alive and Minato for all time because even without his teleporting justsu he was the fastest, remember when he saved naruto from madara when he was born. He didn't use his jutsu but he was miles too fast for madara to even react.

i personally think Rock Lee(8gates) is the Fastest Ninja Alive (that we've seen and is living)

they said Raikage moves on the Yellow Flashes(Minato) level of speed but when Rock Lee is 8gates when they show him moving he is Teleporting no 1 i think can keep up with him except for maybe guy but rock lee im pretty sure is surpassing him :]

By that way, Raikage was compared to Minato in terms of reactions, as the lightning electrically stimulates his nerves. I still think his speed is comparable to Guy in his 6th or 7th gate. Knowing Raikage good control over chakra, he probably has gate opening abilities too.

Kakashi can use Eight Gates, I think most people probably can, Naruto probably will so he can unleash more Nine Tails Chakra.

By Naruto(Sage), you mean using only sage mode? If Naruto uses Kyuubi Controlled Mode, Eight gates speed pale in comparison to it. Even with only Sage Mode, he is hella fast, did you see how fast he attacked that Path of Pain to save Tsunade.

No, Kakashi has opened up the first gate. Look at the Chunin Exams arc where he is climbing up the mountain with one hand. He opens up the gate of opening when he begins to fail, and gains enough strength to complete the exercise.

1.) Kakashi has opened a gate before. He was climbing a cliff side with 1 hand and used the first gate to help near the end.

2.) Dodging Ameterasu like that wasn't some special feat. Sasuke isn't as fast as the Raikage yet he was outrunning Itachi's Ameterasu at point blank as well, and we all know Itachi was far superior with Ameterasu and Susano'o then Sasuke is.

3.) If you remember Naruto and the others talking about Kakashi, they said he was "faster the Gai, better at taijutsu then Lee, better sense of smell then Kiba and far superior with the Sharingan then Sasuke." He's even known as the copy cat ninja due to the fact he copies all jutsus that don't require a bloodline limit. With all those jutsus, he has less need for the gates then Gai and Lee, but he can still open them, and I'm more the confident he can open as many as Gai can.

my personal opinion about their speeds:
1. Naruto -- -- -- foot race he wins, he's the title character, he has to.
2. Sauske -- -- -- He predicts your moves so in a fight he seems faster.
4. Guy/Lee -tie- basically the same at this point -- -- -- they are just fast
