Kakashi might stand a chance if oro is in his weakened state like when sasuke defeated him but if its oro when he is not as sick then Kakashi doesn't stand a chance even though he can warp oro into a different dimension oro isn't going to stand there and just die, Kakashi is a brilliant tactician but oro is just as smart and would probably overwhelm Kakashi with a barrage of attacks

Orochimaru would probably win because destroying his body isn't very effective.. But I would vote for Kakashi because i would want to see him win if it was in the manga. But as others have mentioned Kakashi feared Orochimaru. But he was still ready to die fighting him...

If anyone ever watch Oro fights he never uses his hands and he comes close to wooping anyone.

Oro of course, kamui is the only argument people think of when kakashi is fighting someone more skilled then him and unless kakashi gets his entire body in the warp hole all at once oro will just regen a new body, he survived being entirely tore in half by 4tails naruto i think losing a head wouldn't take him out.

Jiraya took out more than 1 and still couldn't beat Oro with Tsunade.

First of all, Kakashi is no match for orochimaru. Orocihmaru only gets downplayed because he a problem against itachi's genjutsu.

Second of all jiraiya couldn't even use chakra during that fight well really. I mean he even summoned a small frog to prove that. It wasn't until the end of that fight he actually summoned the frog boss which at that stage jiraiya was only watching Tsuande beat orochimaru to a pulp. And even Tsunade was was stabbed multiple times in the chest and used a shit load of chakra to avoid death before she really started to fight Orochimaru for real.

IN a lot of ways the sannin battle felt like sparing match no one at their best.

When Kakashi was sealing Sasuke's Cursed Seal after his fight in the Chuunin Preliminary match, the mere presence of Orochimaru made Kakashi almost shit his pants. Yes, Kakashi's improved a great deal since then but it's not going to be enough to defeat someone of Orochimaru's caliber.

People have this impression that Orochimaru is weak because he was ill for almost his entire part in the manga and that's totally wrong. Orochimaru at 100% is a force to be reckoned with.

I'd say Orochimaru has an 85% chance of winning. The only reason I leave out the other 15% is because Orochimaru might get careless and Kakashi could Kamui him using a tactic with a shadow clone, but that isn't Kakashi's style, it's Naruto's.

I, personally, do NOT see that happening. Orochimaru wins.

1:you're right he gets underestimated a lot because of that

2:Jiraiya and oro were both handicapped in that fight and the match could have been epic if they both were at full health.Tsunade is super strong too but her excuse were weaker...a shinobi afraid of blood?

This is what people say when they can´t find an argument for kakashi beating somebody.You think oro is just gonna stand there? Have you heard of defense?Have you heard of sacrificing limbs/immortality/regeneration?have you heard of summonings? Perhaps shields? Maybe even shadow clones...a bird once told me that shadow clones have used heavily in this manga to stop jutsu's like the kamui you speak off

btw, this to anyone who just bring out the word kamui and expect to have already won the argument.If anyone could just use their finishers on opponents without them having a defense thier would essentially be no shinobis left.
