when oro attacked the leaf n used edo tensei on the 3rd. word couldve spread to the other villages, killerbee could've heard about it hence the hachibi gets some sweet lil intel. it was a forbidden jutsu, im sure lotsa people know of its existence.

as for him not fearing the 9 tails; its kinda like not being afraid of a caged lion. at that point naruto wasnt a threat at all, then the 9 tails goes rawr at oro and oro was probly like "oh wow, you can go roar, pssh whatcha gonna do, your trapped in that weak ass brat", then of course naruto went 4 tails n the 9 tails got a chance to discipline oro. oros gone, lets keep it that way

its not Orochimarus technique, origionaly the 2nd Hokages and used by Kabuto.

But as for why the 8 tails knows about Orochimaru, dude got around when he was a ninja, him or Kabuto had to travel to the cloud to get Kin/Gins dna. As for why I say it like that Orochimaru, and Kabuto were both around to collect the 4th Kazekages dna. And if he wasnt a puss when it came to the tailed beasts why did he run away when it was Orochimaru vs the Nine tails instead of just killing him?

As for his fear of the sharingan its justified Itachi put him in a binding genjuitsu and cut off his hand so he couldnt make the hand sign to release it. As for fear of sealing style juitsu dosent seem to be too worried hes been sealed partialy by the third and also by Itachi, and his chakra is still floating around and doing its thing in Kabuto.

yea but why would kabuto bring back oro??? maybe an edo oro since oros dna is in kabuto, but to like recreate him or bring him back to life, i find that unnecessary. oro got to come back in the sasuke vs itachi fight, he got his 15 seconds of fame and 5 seconds of utter defeat. i personally dont wanna see him again, he was too troublesome
