Not quite
u see he does not wish to release the jyuubi but only wishes to seal away all the jyuubi chakra into his body not the jyuubi itself.........that leaves the moon intact.....
though u may be right u can never tell

I think that the Juubis body is inside the moon, not the entire moon. Just like Nagato used Chibaku tensei to capture Naruto/Kyuubi.

i think it holds the body, the chakra was split between the 9 tailed beasts. and with gedo he wont have to worry

Jubi's body is in the moon, not its chakra. that is split between the taild beasts so the moon is safe from Madaras madness.
