sasuke under genjutsu???

if this has been made already im sorry, and no i do not know how to use the search thing on here..any way maybe im not the only one who thinks it but i really believe that maybe sasuke is in a genjutsu by madara..sasuke has always been independant on his thought and actions but other than when madara tells him about itachi sasuke seems to do what ever madara tells him..i believe madara either use a genjutsu on sasuke to trick him into thinkin the leaf had some to do with itachi killing his clan...or he just lied or over exagerated the truth..what do you guys think??

I doubt it. I think that sasuke is just so confused and angry that he will just about believe anything. Even Itachi said so during his encounter with Naruto. Something about sasuke still being a clean slate and could be pushed in either direction

Manipulation and lies are the two weapons madara used against sasuke. Or this could be very far fetched but he could have shusui's (sp?) eye and could be manipulating what he thinks overall and puts it more towards his favor.

i just thought that is it possible that madara couldve used izanga(spell check) to make a dream or thought into a reality hence make up the story of the upper elders and make it into reality??? or is that a stretch

That is to far thinking into it. It costs a sharingan that we know of and I don't think he would do that just for sasuke. Sasuke is just easy manipulated.

Madara telling Sasuke what happened with the Uchiha Clan and how Konoha wanted him to do so seemed pretty legit to me. Itachi did show up with Kisame at the 3rds memorial thing or something. He could have killed Sasuke but he didn't, he implanted Amaterasu into Sasuke to protect him from looking into Madara's sharingan, got rid of Orochimaru, pretty much Itachi did everything to save his brother and protect him. So i highly doubt Sasuke is under a Genjutsu, otherwise Karin would have noticed it when they were together.

This could be very likely. It would also explain the whole 4th Mizukage manipulating thing. And also all the other cases after shisui's death except the massacre thing 'cause I'm not sure if Itachi met Madara before or after Shisui's death..either way he asked Madara to spare the village in exchange for helping him wipe out the clan. So if it happened after Shisui's death, then maybe Madara used Shisui's genjutsu but who knows..

I think its possible, all it takes is a look into a sharingan and its already too late. If you look back when Madara is talking to sauske you can kind of watch his eyes glaze over.

thats what makes me think it..madara always has his sahrigan lookin at sasuke..any other time it was just dark and u couldnt see it

there's no way he's under genjutsu. that would conflict with the story too much. after his clan was killed, he decided that his purpose in life is to be an avenger, no matter how dark it's future holds

Sasuke is not being manipulated by madara..his actions are his own responsible..we know sasuke has a big pride for being an uchiha,and that pride will protect him against manipulation..its just that when he knows about the real reason why itachi kill his entire clan except sasuke..He let his anger takeover his mind and his heart thats why sasuke now falls into darkness..if you remember in DBZ which vegeta is being manipulated by babidee(i forgot whats the correct spelling) ..Vegeta is not totally controled by it because of his too much PRIDE of being a PRINCE of SAIYAN..so its just like sasuke that too much PRIDE will protect him from being controled by madara :D

I dont think its genjutsu, after all Sasuke has gone thru im not surprised he fell for Madara's story, and it does kinda make sense
