1) I clearly understand the user has to be a medical nin to use poisons.
But what about custom summon using poison, or secretions to paralyze the opponent(ofc with proper restrictions) is it allowed..?

1. Abilities such as poison are related to medjutsu, even summonings are bound by this. I remember Scorps declining someone's summoning for this reason.

2. Anon? Anyway, most summons can last on the field up to 4 turns, I think this applies to canon summonings as well

Adding onto this, iircthe summoning animal itself must be able to produce the poison and have different effects from normal poison. Say, someone made a jellyfish summon where some of the species are poisonous, you may be able to get away with poison on something like that.

in the rules it says in order to get sharingan youmust have trained with a sensei that has it does this mean train with them as in before or can the sharingan activation count?

After you gain an approved Uchiha bio you need to find a Sensei who will help activate your Sharingan this is you receiving 1Tomoe, you then need to find a Sensei who can train you in receiving both your 2Tomoe & 3Tomoe, Afew Sensei can help you with your Sharingan activation but that does not mean they can help you with the rest so you may need to find another Sensei after.

While I don't understand the question, but making a bio of more than one person is only allowed in Souma no Kou (2 people) and 6 Paths of Pain (6 people), as far as I know.

Of course, I don't understand the question, so who are the "3 members group"?

No you can't.
You can make a SNK bio which has 2 people in 1 body or maybe an inuzuka bio with 1 inukuka and 2 canine partners.

not sure if it is still possible, but i was told by Cali (i think it was Cali) long ago that yes, but only bio which has the same KG can summon him, as we wanted Skarmory for my Buzzards with Steel KG, and this is what we were told if i remember correctly, there is good chance i don't remember correctly tho

Mig also teaches. Katon, Fuuton, Raiton, Suiton, Doton, Ninjutsu, Genjutsu, Taijutsu, Rain, Kenjutsu, Yamanaka Techs, Sharingan 1, 2 and 3 tomoe, and Sharingan Techs.
