Re: Q&a - open for every rank!
if you stab your shoulder deep and hard enough to break out of an A rank genjutsu would you no longer be able to move your arm?

Depending on how deep the wound is and what structures were damaged: The rotator tendon runs down the front of the shoulder and is a common pressure point/ target in martial arts and police baton tactics. Hitting this tendon will impair the victim to the point that they would be unable to lift his arm above his waist. An actual cut of that tendon would be devastating. The actual shoulder joint is contained in a thick capsule, cutting this is serious business too. there are some minor blood vessels, nerves, and lymph vessels.
A stab wound would most likely cause a lot of shoulder pain, some bleeding but no spurting blood, loss of most motion and strength at the shoulder (the elbow will still function for the most part as well as the hand and fingers). If the nerves are involved there could be some numbness of the arm (google "dermatomes" of the arms to see where these nerve groups run).

BTW I have a doubt regarding curse mark.
Link: http://www.narutobase.net/forums/showthread.php?t=78207
The technique says it can only be used once.So suppose I activate curse mark lvl 1 at the start of the battle, and I want to go to state 2,does that count as a move??
Another thing we need to update. Dunno tbh. it has been debated tons of times before and no conclusion was reached.

There are no F ranks for elemental jutsu. Mastered means you've learned all the jutsu associated with that element including the AACT.
AACT stands for Additionally Approved Cannon Techniques, these are techniques that have not yet been added to the official jutsu list but are still official jutsu shown in the anime or manga. They can be found here

There are cannon F ranks just not for elements. Basic Ninjutsu for example has cannon F ranks associated with bios like the Orochimaru tech where he uses snakes to repair his body or the Spore Technique. Both are found here. However there are no F rank jutsu for cannon elemental jutsu.

Well there are, just that they can only be used by Madara or something, the giant meteor thing I believe is F-Ranked.

Re: Q&a - open for every rank!
Since I will be using steel release bio soon, I have a question
would I be able to create a custom element by using my steel release for example: if I have a steel release KG, would I be able to make a custom element liiiek
Liquid steel...or Hot steel, or ya know, something to that effect?
